What to expect During your Plumbing Remodel

3. Permit Aquisition
If your project requires permits for plumbing work, we handle all the necessary paperwork to ensure everything is compliant with local regulations, so you don’t have to worry about the details.
4. DeTailed Quote
After assessing the project, we provide a detailed quote that outlines the costs involved in the plumbing work. This quote covers all materials and labor, giving you a clear understanding of the investment required.
5. Demolition & Preparation
Once the plan is approved, we begin by carefully removing old plumbing fixtures and preparing the area for the new installation. Our team ensures that the space is ready for the next phase of your remodel.
6. Plumbing INstallation
With the old system removed, we proceed with installing new pipes, fixtures, and any other necessary plumbing components. We ensure everything is done to the highest standards, providing a reliable and efficient plumbing system for your remodeled space.
7. Final Test & Inspection
After the installation, we conduct a thorough test and official inspection of the plumbing to ensure everything is functioning correctly. We make sure there are no leaks, and that all fixtures are working perfectly.
8. Installation of Fixtures & FInishing Touches
Once the other trades have completed their work, we return to install the final plumbing fixtures and any finishing touches, ensuring that everything looks and works exactly as planned.
