What to expect During your plumbng Construction Project

1. Initial Consultation

We start with an in-depth consultation to discuss your vision, plumbing needs, and budget. We listen carefully to your ideas and provide expert advice on how to achieve the desired outcome within the scope of your project.

2. Visual Assessment

If applicable - for example when constructing an addition to an existing structure - we conduct a thorough visual assessment of the current plumbing setup, identifying what needs to be updated, repaired, or replaced. This step helps us plan for any necessary demolition or modifications to accommodate your new design.

3. Permit Aquisition

If your project requires permits for plumbing work, we handle all the necessary paperwork to ensure everything is compliant with local regulations, so you don’t have to worry about the details.

4. DeTailed Quote

After assessing the project, we provide a detailed quote that outlines the costs involved in the plumbing work. This quote covers all materials and labor, giving you a clear understanding of the investment required.

5. Plumbing INstallation

We proceed with installing new pipes, fixtures, and any other necessary plumbing components. We ensure everything is done to the highest standards, providing a reliable and efficient plumbing system for your new space.

6. Final Test & Inspection

After the installation, we conduct a thorough test and official inspection of the plumbing to ensure everything is functioning correctly. We make sure there are no leaks, and that all fixtures are working perfectly.

7. Installation of Fixtures & FInishing Touches

Once the other trades have completed their work, we return to install the final plumbing fixtures and any finishing touches, ensuring that everything looks and works exactly as planned.
